Well let me start by saying I'm totally in love with the new Sassafras Lass Range, Vintage Yummy. I just can't get enough of it and love creating with it so I wanted to share with you two more layouts I have created with it.

I do seriously love this line and the thing I think I love the most about it, is that it is just so fun to play with and you can create so many different styles of layouts by mixing and matching your the different papers. Some are bright and others are subdued.

Hi all, it's Marni here with my first post for Kiti Q.

When I received my first design team kit in the mail I was so over the moon. I received most of the new Sassafras Lass Vintage Yummy products to play with and play I did.

As mothers day is quickly approaching I decided to make my first lot of projects - 1 layout and 2 cards - focused around mum's.

Eye Candy!!!

It's been a fun week at Kiti Q with new things being put into the shop which had me oooohing and aaahing. Let me introduce you all to a brand new range to Kiti Q....Crate Paper!!! We have Orbit and Lillian collections in the shop. Now, the papers are available individually but also as collection packs and because there are 2 sheets of each patterened paper in the collection pack, I split them so that you can get one set of papers with glitter die cuts and one set of papers with the glitter borders and alphas.

Other new things in the shop are some classics....Bazzill White (linen texture) and Bazzill Kraft. And there is now also Bazzill Swiss dotted embossed cardstock in white (it's called Salt). And restock of Dottie Ann and Magic Mesh. And....there is now a limited range of sparkle magic mesh and sparkle dottie ann. Beautiful sprinkling of very fine glitter. Utterly gorgeous without being over the top tacky. hehehe

Ok.....lastly...some layouts to share....

Two layouts with the Orbit range. I just had to scrap with them and yes...I scrapped when I should have been loading them into the shop. Just couldn't help myself!! I must say..I love the glitter borders, diecuts and alphas!!! The alphas are just really different and fun to use!

Simple layout with the Daisy Bucket Monsters range! Oh so cute!!!

And then....the Lily Bee Designs French Couture layouts. Oh...I do soooo {heart} these papers!!

And a pink paislee Pop Fashion layout teamed with the Bazzill Swiss dotted embossed cardstock. I loved making the lollipop flowers with the corrugated kraft stems!!

French Couture in stock in Australia!!!!

Yes, French Couture is finally all in stock and my goodness, this range is just so lovely and lush and colourful. It's all cardstock weight and double sided and just a delight to work with. There are 6 double sided patterned papers in the range and then two die cut sheets. The frames die cut sheet measures 12x12 and has 4 frames on it. This is a 'must have'. Love it! Then there is the essentials die cuts which are your brackets, borders, photo corners (or arrow tips) and some small tags.

Be quick as Kiti Q is the first store in Australia to stock Lily Bee French Couture and stocks won't last long!!

Firstly, a new design team!! I would like to welcome Gina Rodgers and Marni Telford to the Kiti Q design team. I was really humbled by the number of design team entries I received and it was really difficult having to narrow down to two entries only. But these two ladies really stood out and together, we aim to rock!!!

Over the next few days, I aim to update the website to reflect the DT changes. FTP is not my friend at the moment and thank goodness it's the weekend because then I can get my cool tech dude to sort out the IP, configs and ports....ok...I don't know much about that stuff...all I know is....FTP is not playing nicely!!

ok...now for some fun stuff and eye candy....

Heidi Swapp Invisibles - now these are lots of fun. It's white cardstock printed with clear resist ink. And you use colour to bring out the design. It's totally cool and easy to use. Ink pads, paints, ink cubes...you can either slowly rub in those designs or just wack an ink cube directly on the paper. This way...you get the colour you want and the design too and it's just too easy and the best bit...only $1.75!!! 3 designs in store ...click here

Sassafras Lass Vintage Yummy!

Yes, yummy indeed and it's a very very funky vintage too which really appeals to me. The full range of papers, journal stickers, sweet treat stickers and the new mini cards are in the shop here. The mini cards are just gorgeous and in limited stock..so don't miss out!

Lily Bee Designs French Couture - oh this range is soooo lovely!!! Ok, it's a rather small photo, but rest assured, it is absolutely gorgeous. Very good weight double sided paper and the two sheets at the bottom are diecuts!!! Yes, a whole sheet of diecut frames - layouts will come together so easily!!! And diecut brackets, borders and other lovely bits. Drool worthy for sure.

Crop for Kids!

Yes, it's Crop for Kids time!!! Last year Crop for Kids managed to raise $12,000 and all the participants had lots of fun!!! So, please....come to:

The Kiti Q shop will be there and it will be a great opportunity to meet my customers!!! If you don't know anyone, have no one to come with, or it's just you and a friend, then please let me know..... I'm more than happy to organise a Kiti Q table! Last year, Crop for Kids launched gorgeous embellishments designed and made exclusively for Crop for Kids. All these embellishments have been donated by Julie's Craft Stop and Scrapware. These are all limited editions....once they are gone....they're gone and how can you resist such yummy yummy

embellishments?? And of course, remember they are for charity and are a bargain at only $3 a pack! And of course, the embellishments are available at Kiti Q!! All Silver and Gold sponsors can have the embellishments in their shop, so please hound your LSS and your fav online store to get them in for you!!

In keeping with the Easter theme of the Good Friday Appeal, Julie’s Craft Stop have created this

chipboard embellishment pack consisting of eggs, a basket and daffodils, all contained within a scalloped border. All pieces are laser-cut and easily popped out. Even the letters pop out of the flowers so you can use the positive or negative image! $3

Scrapware have extended the chipboard people range that they created for Crop for Kids last year. This year we have clothing packs for the people! The images below show the people, the clothes, and what they look like combined. The chipboard people will be available for sale again this year, so customers can buy new boys and girls to dress up! The bow detail on the girl’s pinafore can even be punched out and used as a hair bow! The boy and girl will be sold in one pack $3, and the clothing in a separate pack $3.

Yes, a big welcome to October Afternoon to Kiti Q!!! This Night Light range is absolutely gorgeous. 6 sheets of paper in the range all named after boys and girls. And matching cardstock stickers and a cute set of stamps. Limited quantities available.

Hambly mod circles transparency overlay in orange. They work very well with the Night light range.
And lots of Green Tara Flowers. You will find 7cm petals as well as 5cm petals in lots of different colours. The 5cm petals are perfect for the middle of the 7cm petals and are cheap as chips!!! Well cheaper!!

And lastly, American Craft puffy thickers. These have been so popular and hard to get stock of. So yes, now we have them in the shop. Chestnut brown, white and orange puffy thickers and also perfect for the Night Light range.

Yes, it was tick tock tick tock tick tock for me all week. Trying to find time...steal time to upload the gorgeous dottie anns and magic mesh that I've received countless emails about! Welcome to the brand new Kiti Q blog. It's still a bit bare as it's a work in progress but there are just too many exciting things to tell and show first.

Ki Memories Sheer Delights - I can't rave about these beauties enough...they are absolutely wonderful to work with. Danielle did a fabulous job with the sheers I sent her, teamed up with gorgeous Sassafrass Lass and Queen and Co lace trims!

Next using the sheer as the background in place of cardstock (it's sturdy enough to stand when propped up against something without bending and sagging - that's a yay in my books!!)
